Been busy, so here's a quickie-
In the car on the way to the movies. Jasmine has joined us at the last minute and has no idea what movie we're going to.
Jaz: We're not going to see MILF are we?
Me: What? MILF?
Jazz: Yeah, you know, that movie about the gay guy.
Me:*face palm* That's called Milk, Jazz. Big difference.
Jazz: Oh. Whatever.
Consequently, Rachel Getting Married will completely shatter the Princess Diaries facade for a 14 year old.

please tell me you didn't explain MILF to her....
Actually, I did. I wanted her to know what it meant so she didn't use it wrong again. In mixed company, she may offend - or they may think that she plays for the other team. Not that there's anything wrong with that!
LOL...Not that there is anything wrong with it...not at all...I forget she's older now, not the same naive little girl she once was...
